Why?
To mark World Voice Day 2015! This is an opportunity to get to know, and start taking control of, your voice. If you enjoy the session we will help you find ways to find out more either individually or in a group context.

How Many People?
The workshop will be strictly limited to a maximum of 14 participants on a first come first served basis.

Who Is It For?
If you are curious about your voice and would like to find out a little about how it works whilst tapping gently into your natural source of vocal power and creativity, and are willing to explore and play physically and vocally, then this is the workshop for you.

What To Bring?
Yourself.
A yoga mat or towel (the work will involve some breathing and relaxation exercises which may involve lying down and using some yoga-style positions).
An open mind and a willingness activate your voice and body to connect with yourself and connect with the others in the group.
Please ensure you bring a bottle of water.

What To Wear?
It’s essential that you wear comfortable loose fitting clothing, so that you can comfortably lie down, stretch and move.

There is no need to register, however please arrive early as the workshop will start on time and places are limited.
