What we will do? – Relax & Release: Using the dynamic efforts of Fitzmaurice Voicework techniques to alleviate body tensions and free the voice. – Creative Expression: Open the creative channel of expression through breath and voice. – Embodied resonance: Activate specific body centers to enhance the vibrational impact of mantras, preparing the body as an instrument for chanting. – Sanskrit Pronunciation: Emphasize the precision of Sanskrit pronunciation for mantras. – Meditative states: Practice inducing deeper states of concentration through mantra chanting.

This work is aimed at anyone who wants to work on their voice and explore it, wants to do inner work through their own voice, has difficulty speaking in public or feels that there
is something blocked in their breathing or vocal practice. You do not need to know how to sing or have chanted mantras before.
