EVERY DAY A VOICE (Phyland, 2026)
Every day is a voice day…
for work and for art,
for speaking, singing
and being heard.

On April 16, we listen wider: to the bright, the fragile, the fierce, the different
a chorus of colours crossing oceans,
each voice carrying a world.

We tend them like living instruments:
kept supple, not strained,
used with care, not worn thin.

We speak to connect, not to divide,
to reach, not to drown out
and we remember, with quiet gratitude,
that our voices can also be our votes.

Details of your World Voice Day Event

On 16 April, the International Voice Day, a lecture‑training session will take place focusing on the human voice – how it is produced, how it changes over a lifetime, and how to care for it and prevent voice disorders. The lecture will be conducted by Dr Kristel Kalling, an otolaryngologist and voice specialist from East Tallinn Central Hospital.

The training provides a clear and practical overview of how the voice works and helps participants understand which voice‑related changes are natural and when it may be necessary to pay attention to possible voice disorders. No prior knowledge is required.

The training is intended for all adults interested in the voice.
It is especially suitable for teachers, trainers, singers, performers, and anyone whose daily work relies on their voice.
