More info: This workshop is designed to engage active participants and Ann Rhodes, McNeil Voice Studio observers. The first portion of the workshop will include an introduction to Alexander Technique involving group work and activities that everyone is encouraged to take advantage of. The second half of the workshop will be presented in a masterclass style where active participants will work one-on-one with Dr. Rhodes in front of the class. All attendees should wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and a yoga mat or towel for floor work and constructive rest. Lunch is included in your ticket price. We’ll have menu details available soon. Vegetarian and gluten free options will be available. Please indicate if you have any food sensitivities. ACTIVE PARTICIPANT (Only ten spots available!) As an active participant of this workshop you will be able to work one-on-one with Dr. Ann Rhodes in a masterclass setting. This option is ideal for all experience levels of singers, actors, instrumentalists, public speakers, teachers, or anyone looking for a more in depth experience with learning Alexander Technique! OBSERVER As an observer of this workshop you will learn about body awareness and the effects posture has on our daily life. You will participate in group activities and observe the active participants in the masterclass portion of the workshop. This option is ideal for those looking for an active, engaging introduction to Alexander Technique.
