More info: Being part of a choir can really boost your spirits. A study by Tenovus showed that singing is good for the immune system and helps with stress. The social connection of being part of a community can have positive physical benefits and develop your sense of wellbeing. Some people have told us it’s helped improve their sleeping and breathing patterns. Most importantly it can be fun!
Penny Brohn Community Choir runs every Thursday during term time. You don’t have to be able to read music and there’s no audition. It’s great fun and is open to anyone with a connection to Penny Brohn UK.
We rehearse weekly (Thursdays 6.00pm-7.15pm) at Penny Brohn UK National Centre. We welcome people to come at 5.30pm to have a warm refreshment and socialise.
