Performers: The week around the 16th of April, events will take place to increase public consciousness regarding the importance of voice and to make a warning about the main voice problems which affect the population. Promote actions aimed at consciousness society about the importance of vocal health in its different dimensions and reach as many people on the care of the voice through media coverage, it willl include the development of an informative video to encouraging the appropriate use of the voice and the practice of good vocal hygiene. Involving academic and speech pathologists in the promotion of healthy communication to the public.

The voice week shares will be held at university for professors, students and  employees,  the university choir and also in a community choir, and the Redenção Park located in the downtown area of  Porto Alegre city. The purpose is to promote vocal health through guidelines, exposing the population as a voice in care can influence the quality of life. Informational brochures will be delivered in a wide area of ??great movement of persons. The voice is present in every and each cycle of life, having his importance in all these cicles. So, it’s our duty as health and voice professionals promote actions to orientation and promotion to health care.
