Ageing voices need additional care to understand and manage changes as we age. Our mature LGBTQIA voices can also become silenced in challenging current contexts. This is a gentle introduction to vocal care and Dr Catherine Pestano will share her work with our community and also taking singing our into nature for broader connection and overall wellbeing.
