For the third year – the Australian Dysphonia Network has mounted a community awareness campaign using the "Illumination Strategy". In 2023 over 100 sites across the country glowed red for voice – spurring radio and media interviews across the country, so in 2024 we have extended our reach to our cousins in New Zealand.
This low cost, and minimal effort initiative is a great way to celebrate, resonate, and educate the broader community about voice – while giving important information on voice care and management. Attached are a few images from our 2023 campaign.
