Every April 16 is the 'World Voice Day'. In order to popularize the common sense of voice-related diseases and contribute to the slogan of building a healthy China, we organized a series of public welfare activities about the 'Voice Day'. We carried out two parts of free clinic and science popularization around the prevention and treatment of voice diseases. In the free clinic, we carried out activities at the outpatient building of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University. Many Xi'an citizens come to consult. In response to the problems raised by patients, the doctors of our otolaryngology patiently explained the aspects of the occurrence, process, hazards, and treatment measures of the occurrence of voices and diseases. At the same time, we also gave on-site to the community crowd to preach the science popularization knowledge and distribute the science popularization manual. We educated the public how to properly use their voice to make the people realize the importance of diagnosis of voice disease as soon as possible.
